* Separate RGBLight/RGB Matrix keycode handling

* Remove `_DISABLE_KEYCODES` handling

* Update RGB Matrix keycode docs

* Update underglow keycodes for previously migrated boards

* Update keycodes for boards with custom handling

* Fix typos

* Fix bad merge
