{% note(header="Note") %}
I purchased this bag with my own money from Amazon with no input from tomtoc. This is the [link](https://www.tomtoc.com/products/wander-t26-daily-sling-bag) to the tomtoc website.

# Finding the perfect EDC bag for me
This process to find the best EDC bag started about 10 months ago when I started at my current job since I take the train to work plus walk between the station, home and the office. Since then I have bought a different cheap sling bag and the North Face Vault but one had more space then I wanted or wasn't easy to access while on the move.

# What makes a perfect EDC bag to me?
## Small & Mighty
My EDC includes (besides what is in my pockets):
- Work phone
- Work badge
- Anker charger and cable
- Small battery bank
- Earbuds
- iPad mini
- Lunch (usually soup)
This sling bag is 5.5L and can fit all of the above without any issue.
## Organization
Having slots for certain items is important to me to keep things in their own place which makes it easy to find them when I need them. The sleeve that I use for my iPad mini is a nice touch as well and keeps it in place. There are other pockets that I use to store my battery bank and cable.
## Easy access
Having easy access (which usually Sling bags provide) to things like my Earbugs, iPad mini and my work items is pretty important to me. This bag can be slide around without much work which provides that easy access to the inside and outside of the bag.
## Material
This one is more subjective but I like the Nylon version that I got and I think it will be good in the snow and rain as the seasons change over the course of the year. The zippers feel good and like they will last for a while.

# The Odd ends
This will be a few notes about the bag that do not fit in the other sections:
- The strap can be adjusted a lot which is good for my size, it also connects to the bag at an angle so it kinda wraps around the curves well lol.
- The bag can almost stand on it's own which is nice for laying it a table to load the bag up.
- It is sold as being able to hold a Steam Deck which I can confirm including when using a dbrand Killswitch which is nice for the train.
